The Musée des beaux-arts de Sherbrooke is located in the former head office of the Eastern Township Bank, a 19th century building. It highlights the original safe by presenting artifacts. The Museum has three exhibit halls; two are reserved for temporary exhibits, one for the permanent exhibit Espaces et Paysages, which promotes its rich collection, specifically a space reserved for the painter Frederick S. Coburn (1871-1960).
Annually it presents 8 exhibits that will help you discover artists from the region and abroad. The Museum offers an educational service, bilingual guides tours for groups of 10 or more (approximate length 1 hour).
