The Uplands Cultural and Heritage Centre in the borough of Lennoxville is the starting point of this wonderful Heritage tour. With the help of a MP3 player and a detailed map of the area, this pedestrian walking tour lets you discover the history of the ancestral houses built in the 19th or 20th century. Plus, when you get back to the Uplands Cultural and Heritage Centre, you can savour the afternoon tea in the purest of British traditions either in the museum or outside in the garden. (Monday through Friday in the summer, Saturday and Sunday the rest of the year).
