What to do

The Bois Beckett is located on the site of an old 70 hectares maple grove where concentrations of beech and hemlock are also found, as well as 30 other tree essences. The forest is so old that it is said the oldest tree in the forest is 270 years old. The ministère des Ressources naturelles et de la Faune recognized the Bois Beckett as an old-growth forest. In total, 103 bird species from all around Québec are represented in the park, to the delight of many ornithologists. The 8 marked trails make for a wonderful outdoor excursion with your family.
