What to do

Sporobole is a centre for the production and dissemination of visual and media art. It promotes the work of young and mid-career artists and is developing an international-calibre residency program. It invites proposals and organises exhibitions, events and discussions on the theme of the relationship between artists and society. This basic principle is put into practice in various ways which express ideas about the role of artists and their commitment to their work, whether it is artistic, theoretical, political, performative or introspective in nature.
