When I go to the Market

On the eastern shore of the Lac-des-Nations, on the boardwalk of the same name and a couple of short steps from the Orford Express loading platform, the Marché de la Gare de Sherbrooke has become a central meeting spot for Sherbrooke residents. When producers are not showing off the fruits of their seasonal harvest, artists and artisans are presenting their most recent creations. The market is reflective of the local lifestyle, as are the merchants selling cheeses, pastries, sausages, meats, dried meats and locally produced products. Your basket will quickly be filled with flavours from here and abroad.
