Planning of a civil reception at the city hall
The city administration can officially direct attention to your event by inviting the organisation committee to a civil reception in Sherbrooke’s city hall.
Tourist Information booth on the event site
A tourist information booth can be placed in a strategic position at your event site. The booth offers general information about Sherbrooke and the Eastern Townships, tourist maps, the Grandes-Fourches cycling network maps, a display of our many tourist attractions, a list of Sherbrooke’s nightlife spots, a restaurants map and many other documents that will aid your participants in their discovery of Sherbrooke and its surroundings.
Reception Personnel on site
Reception personnel can be at the tourist information booth in order to guide your guests in their outings. This person will have access to a cellular phone and henceforth be able to reserve a table at a restaurant, call a taxi and assist your participants if they should need anything.
Tourist Guide to accompany your groups
The Tourist information Bureau personnel can accompany your groups in their various outings. Your guests will have access to even more information about Sherbrooke!
Guided tours
Visit Sherbrooke by bus. In this two hour tour, Destination Sherbrooke’s reception personnel will guide your participants through Sherbrooke’s heritage, cultural, historical and touristic charms. The services of the tour guide are offered without charge to provincial, national and international events of more than 50 person-nights. The transportation costs will be paid by the organisation committee.
